The mat traveled 1600km. The dirt from the it was used as a stamp on a white sheet, which was then digitally edited and silkscreen printed. This process obscures the original trace, adding a sense of mystery to the work. The work evokes themes of hoarding and indecision, prompting a reflection on our emotional ties to objects, their perceived value, and the memories they preserve.
